Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships is key to the long-term viability of all credit unions. Customer service is one way to add value that results in customer loyalty, and offering a broad spectrum of financial services is another. CFS is an excellent resource that addresses both of those “value-adds.”

Our philosophy of lowering the cost of investing for members is consistent with that of credit unions, and unique among brokerage service providers. We’ve lowered or eliminated many traditional brokerage service costs so credit unions can offer a better value to members, and compete successfully against larger, more aggressive investment firms.

Yet another way that we enhance credit union member value is by offering delivery channels to suit every need. Whether members prefer face-to-face contact, or using the Internet, direct mail, or a call center, CFS accommodates their needs. We’ve structured our program to help credit unions strengthen their relationships with members…and the only way to do that is by enhancing the value members receive from their membership.
