Business Systems Specialist

This position will work directly with our DataVISION system (our trademarked contact record database) and respond to all help inquiries. Some of the responsibilities will include: create and maintain all DataVISION work order requests and logs, assists with DataVISION reporting requests and needs, coordinate project meetings for the department, provide basic training for new DataVISION users, process and track global rep code / owner changes for contact records and assist CFS customers with their database cleanup projects. Business Systems Specialist will perform backup for new DataVISION user setups and change requests when needed, as well as generate several system reports.
Skill and Experience Requirements:
- Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have the ability to plan and focus on projects and have a general understanding of the investment market and terms. Previous experience working in financial services industry is a plus.
- Must be self-motivated, independent and have good interpersonal relationship skills
- Proven experience with strong customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to managed and keep strict deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- A knack with troubleshooting and working on computer/database systems.
